Delivery area
We deliver within the European Union. We deliver our goods from our distribution center to the delivery address you specified when placing your order.
Shipping
The order within Germany is free of shipping costs.
Delivery times
The ordered goods will be delivered within 3 - 4 working days (depending on availability). Outside Germany the goods will be delivered within 5-7 working days. When paying in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the transfer to us. For all other means of payment, the period begins on the day after the order. Public holidays and legal holidays, which vary within Germany, may affect the delivery time of your order and cause the delivery to be postponed to the following day at the earliest.
Cancellation and return
For returns, please send us an email at shop@fuxi-leine.de. We will then send you further information on how to handle the return.
